The ‘Progressing Services for Children and Young People’ Programme aims to achieve a national unified approach to delivering children’s disability health services. The central focus of this programme is to provide a clear pathway to services regardless of where a child lives, goes to school, or the nature of their disability or delay. This service development is happening in Cork Kerry Community Healthcare in 2021. An information and question & answer session was held to share information about the new model of service for families of children from North County Cork supported by St. Joseph’s Foundation and the HSE Early Intervention Team on 8th January 2021.
