At St. Joseph's Foundation, our mission is "To provide people with disabilities the opportunity to live the life of their choice to their fullest potential."

For almost 60 years, we have been supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North Cork and South Limerick. Today, our dedicated team of more than 500 staff provides a wide range of person-centred services that empower people to reach their full potential and live meaningful lives within their communities.

As the needs of the people we support continue to grow, so does the demand for our services. While we receive funding from the HSE, it does not cover everything needed to deliver the high-quality supports our community deserves. Donations from businesses and corporate partners help bridge that gap by funding:

• The development of new and innovative services.
• Enhanced programmes that promote independence, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Essential maintenance and improvements to our buildings and facilities.
• Equipment, resources and activities that enrich everyday life.
• New initiatives, including our Alternative Respite Sundays programme, giving individuals and families valuable opportunities for support, connection and respite.
